The Australian Catholic Youth Ministry Convention (ACYMC) was held from 21-23 September 2012, hosted by the Diocese of Wollongong. It was an opportunity for those ministering with young people from across Australia to come together to share ideas and be formed and inspired for ministry.

Life Matters - LIFE WEEK 2012 at Sydney Uni ran from Monday 20th Aug – 23rd Aug. It was an initiative by the Catholic Society of Saint Peter and helped spread the message of life on Sydney University campus.

iWitness is a conference for young adults who are keen to meet other young people, learn more about the Catholic Faith and have a whole lot of fun. This year 260 participants joined together for iwitness 2011 which was held at Stanwell Tops, an hour south of Sydney. iWitness is all about living life to the full, sharing our faith and encountering Christ anew in our lives. In 2008 the first annual iWitness conference took place as a follow up to the amazing experience of World Youth Day, with a crowd of over 200 young adults from all around Australia. This year they are coming together again to explore the theme of living life to the full, taken from Jesus’ message in John 10:10, “I came that they may have life and have it in abundance”.
