The Number One Reason Youth Leaders End Up Off Course

Ever wonder what happened to some of your peers in youth ministry? Over the past few years, I have talked with long term veterans who have maintained strong ministry for years, veterans who are no longer involved in ministry and a bunch of youth leaders in between. I have come to the conclusion that there is one main reason why a youth leader ends up off course.

Putting the Saint Back Into Valentine's Day

St Valentine may not longer be on the liturgical calendar, but the day is still a Catholic feast and a time for all of us to celebrate the values of love and marriage! Confession App Can't Substitute for the Real Sacrament

The new iPhone application allows you to examine your conscience and write down what you want to say in the confessional before you go in, but the Vatican has reminded all Catholics that the iPhone application is for preparation only. You still need to physically go to confession to be absolved.
