"For Greater Glory": A Movie Review by Fr. Barron

Last edited 22nd June 2012

The recently released film "For Greater Glory" deals with the period in Mexican history in the 1920s, when the oppressive government enforced laws against the Catholic faith. Religious ceremonies were banned, Bishops were exiled, Priests and Nuns were forbidden to wear religious garmets. Those who disobeyed were arrested, and at times brutally executed. In this video, Fr. Robert Barron reviews the themes of the film, and reflects on the incredible bravery of the Christians and martyrs who died defending their faith in Mexico.
