iFaith is a section within Xt3 accessible only by approved High School students and Religious Education teachers. Members using iFaith are required to engage in online behaviour that is respectful and appropriate, in keeping with the same behavioural expectations within the classroom. Teachers are required to inform their students that they must maintain responsible interaction with others on iFaith, and are not permitted to use derogatory language or remarks. Students are advised not share their login details with anyone. Furthermore, students cannot make use of the private messaging functionality on Xt3 has a security measure, and all communication on iFaith is to take place on public message boards.
The privacy controls on iFaith satisfy the requirements set out in the February 2011 CEO Social Media Policy.
