Red Sea: 1 Day

The Red Sea is not only a unique salt water inlet, but is also the famous body of water that was parted by Moses during the flight of the Israelites from Egypt. The spectacular site is now a hub of tourist resorts. The Sea is one of the most saline bodies of water in the world due its high evaporation, and it contains a rich and diverse ecosystem with more than 1200 species of fish - around 10% of these species are unique to the area.

Here, towards the tip of the Gulf of Aqaba, towns like Taba have scenic bays lagoons and a coastline set amongst the mighty Mt Sinai backdrop. From this site, pilgrims will journey into the Holy Land of Israel, the ultimate destination for those who want to appreciate more clearly the message of the Bible. It is the land where our Lord Jesus Christ lived, died and rose again. Some people call the land of Israel the fifth gospel.
