CAEC Lenten Program for 2013 Reflects on the Church as Home to Humanity

"The Church as Home to Humanity" has been chosen as this year's theme for Lent 2013 and is aimed at deepening our relationship with Christ while at the same time inspiring us to witness to our faith in the Lord to the outside world, explains Thomas Waugh, Director of the Catholic Adult Education Centre (CAEC).

For the more than six months Thomas and his team at CAEC have worked closely with His Eminence, Cardinal George Pell and many others within the Archdiocese to create an invaluable set of materials and resources to support this important theme, and to help individuals, parishioners, schools and informal groups as well as those working in one of the many Catholic agencies in their reflections, meditations and prayers during the 40 Days of Lent.

The program which includes the CD and as many booklets as required can be ordered on line at http://www.caec.com.au/lent/index.html. Visit this article to read more.
